Session Abstract
My purpose for this presentation is hopefully be able to motivate, educate and celebrate the experiences I have taking on throughout my HTM career.
I’m also hoping I can solve some issues that someone may be struggling with, by sharing my lessons. I chose to speak at the CMIA conference is for two reasons. To meet more people in the HTM industry and increase my network. You can never know too many people. Also, hopefully I can be a source of enery or motivation for someone outside my circle. This HTM industry is at a cross road and hopefully my presentation can play a small part in solving the challenges in the HTM industry.
